Roadrunner Staff Spotlight
Hi! My name is Ted Shu and I am so happy to be a part of Loma Ridge Elementary. I teach TK, kindergarten and first grade students virtually this year. I am originally from San Diego and taught overseas in South Africa after graduating. When I returned to California, I taught for seven years near downtown L.A. and USC. In my spare time I exercise, cook, hike, read, and play music. I am married, live in Lake Forest, and am happy to be a Roadrunner!
Irvine Childcare Project Funding Available for Eligible Families
Hello IUSD families,
Do you need assistance with child care payments for your elementary school-age child? The Irvine Child Care Project (ICCP) provides scholarships to income-eligible families to help pay for your child to attend an ICCP child care program. An ICCP child care program is located on each Irvine Unified School District elementary campus.
Awards to eligible applicants cover a percentage of monthly tuition fees based on demonstrated financial need. Scholarship payments are made directly to the ICCP child care provider.
